- Supporting BG:TSCCYou took the words right out of my finger tips! And said them even better than I could have. Thank you Maecius for all of this and more. Your Diplomacy is unmatched.DM Golem wrote:The obvious name missing off that list is yourself, Maecius, and you really need to be in everyone's minds with regards to keeping this server running. I've rarely met someone so level headed, patient, well meaning, willing to listen, able to see all sides and yet also make tough (but reasoned) decisions - and never before in an online environment.
You've fulfilled many roles on this server and you have fulfilled each one admirably, serving the community as and when needed before retreating again in a vain attempt to enjoy retirement (a Baldurian Cincinnatus in some ways!)
The glue that holds this place together.

In spite of the DDoS hiccup everything went almost according to plan! I'm just happy to contribute to the collective storytelling, and I'm glad for players like Legofsalmon, Nomster, Colonic and the now-departing MopKnight for allowing their characters to be impacted by the activities of others.Nomster wrote:Thank you to all the Mystrans attending today's ceremony! A special thanks to Tsidkenu for planning everything out and leading the flock so to say. The lore you have composed and the books are invaluable to any Mystran!
Thank you, Legofsalmon, for putting a smile to my face with all the hilarious things Hoppy says. Just like I imagine an halfling, really...Looking forward to Hoppy becoming more and more Mystran!
Cheers to Endelyon for looking after the server and trying to minimize downtimes as much as possible!
Thank you as well to everyone else, who attended despite the unfortunate server down period. I did not think we could pick it up but we did. It was truly wonderful to see people not giving up and returning.
+1 Thank you all for your consistently hard work and putting up with our crap.Ariella wrote:So i have been on this server on and off for years now with variety of characters and accounts. I have had numerous disagreements with the staff and made a great many requests. While i have not always agreed with the team, One thing i have no doubt about is their dedication to the server and its player base. Over the years the staff have continued to put countless hours of work into the server in a variety of different way's. Because of that dedication we all have a fun, free place to RP.
So i just want to thank every past, present and future Dm, Builder, moderator, QC and Admin for the work you have done, are doing or will do. The future will carry a lot of complaints, disagreement and sometimes taxing requests. But behind all of that you should know your work is noticed and appreciated.
