Hello there, Denizens of the Sword Coast.

It's been an awfully long time since I've had access to a computer, but I just arrived back home in the States and figured I'd pop in and see if this place was still up and running~ I'm very excited to see it is.

For those of you that may remember Alexander Marshall and whatnot, It's super exciting to see the community still going strong. I left in a bit of a whirlwind, and I really wish I'd gotten a chance to settle things here beforehand, but I suppose life happens. :d

Anyway, I'll be checking the forums from time to time, and now that I'm back in the States, I'll try to keep in touch with anyone that may remember me. It's so great to see this place.

Indeed your RP of Alexander still has impact on my character, he still remembers the lessons Alexander taught him - and is mindful of how he has fallen short of those lessons. (and he still says to people he summoned something from Hell, once; before going on to say it was a paladin of Torm)

I'd be pleased to log back in and check stuff out, but I'm not sure any of my old characters survived. I've a new laptop now, and wouldn't know the first thing about recovering these guys.

Thanks so much to everyone for the warm reception though. I'm glad to see my RP made a difference and stuck with some of ya. I sure did miss you guys.

Your characters are stored server-side and should be sitting there just as you left them.

If you got a new CD key for the game, you'll first need to PM me or the Sysop about it in order to actually log on to them though.

Welcome back! I never RPed much with you but Ameris has a shrine dedicated to Alexander.

Been quite a few changes since you left. Lots of new areas and shinies too If you do decide to play again, make use of the 100% RCR refund currently available in case you want to fix skills etc.

Well thanks for the tips, guys. I think I may have found my old CD key, so I'll see about finding a way to download the game. That GOG tip prompted me to check, and BAM! There's my old copy on the site.

Valkrun! Bummer. Hell, Maybe Alexander is dead. I'm not even sure how to bring him back from an RP perspective after such a long and sudden departure. Though it's not the first time he's disappeared.
