Another strange build I would love expert feedback on...

While thinking of doors opened up by the Hierophant class and reading about people's experiences with slings on this forum, I thought of the following. Would this work, do you think? Are my assumptions (in the description) correct?

Oh - and one more related question:
Do the combat-related feats that take away half one's attack number round up or down? I.e. if you have 5 attacks and take, say Northlander Hewing, do you lose 3 or only 2 attacks?

You can get One Shot at lvl 25 already if you want.

It certainly is a teamplayer, solo it will struggle a bit. But hey playing with others makes more fun anyways.
