I dont know if it was mentioned before but a Fighter12/Duelist10/SB5/WD3 will get you insane damage, a lot of AC and more importantly the theme you are after.

DEX17 +3item/INT27+3item
AC53+ with ICE 56+ with rapier of shielding
AB40 + EW with ICE
Damage 10Combat Insight + 10IS +8Fighter +4EB +2d6Duelist +1d6 Base damage +1d4 deadly defence = 43~ + flourish every 30secs

Okay, thanks for the advice. I definitely can't RCR into anything above 5, because the only thing I have above that is my sorceror at 14, and I'm keeping him.

SB5 for insightful strike. This will give you a much needed damage.
Don't get STR at all on a Dex based build if you are going to get insightful strike and Combat Insight.

1) Does anyone know whether the Tumble check effects mentioned in the wiki are random? Or can one choose one of them? If random, the feat (beyond the +1 dodge AC) seems a bit of a waste on builds that don't have Bluff or Parry.
2) How often is the Tumble check made? Only at the start of combat or in every round? Or at a different interval?
3) Can One Hander be active simultaneously with Flurry and/or Combat Focus (oh, and re. the latter: what is the cooldown? The wiki says both 5 and 3.5 min)?
Get youself a completely black suit, a black mask, and name your character either Zorro or whatever name that guy from princess bride had and tell every enemy you fight that they killed your father and prepare to die or leave Z marks everywhere you go. I can see it now, would be hilarious.

Just disguise yourself as name "black figure" and go around saying "as you wish."
