Very odd problem

Ok so after that last little crash now when I load into the game and its about to load me into the nexus, the loading bar completely fills.... and I can hear in game sound but the loading screen just stays there and it never goes away.... how do I fix this?

Are you using Skywing CE?

Sounds like thats just the server lagging. It should pass soon.

I am not using Skywing CE or at least I don't think I am as I have no idea what that is.

Please obtain it and launch it (which then hooks into a launched NWN2 client), solving a number of issues including the load screen timeout you described.

Be warned the client extension does not always work for every computer. Its rare but for some reason it can actually make the game even more laggy and crashy then it is normally for some pc's.

I got the client extension after this happened and now it works very smoothly. The background doesn't move so choppily anymore either which is great!

Not a predicate for ignoring the other additional fixes it provides. For the 'laggy' consideration in game, utilize the following

Perhaps but last time I tried it, it made the game unplayable. I may try the newer version to see if its improved but I am not holding out hope.
