Arnbjorn Secret Longsword Chat/option No longer Available.

Supposedly, the required checksr to get access to the longsword +4 was a 15 dc lore check, followed by a 15 diplomacy for non-lawful characters only.
However, the dialogue "actually between you and me do you have something special..." is missing which leads. Can this be looked into more closely?
