As Bart's wagon comes to a stop in Soubar, An old grey dwarf gingerly dismounts from the back with a large rolled up blanket. The old dwarf drags his rolled blanket just under the tree behind the wagon's stop. Huffing and puffing he drops it with a loud "clank". After a much needed bottle of dwarven ale, the dwarf unrolls the package. Unrolling it reveals many items from small pouches containing rings to large pieces of plate mail tied to the canvas to secure it in place. He walks over and unties a sign. He hammers it into the ground in front of the blanket. The sign reads, "Coal Bronzweaver's wares of the Dale." Taking out several more bottles of ale, Coal then take a seat on small barrel he found nearby.
On the large blanket one would notice several items. And the blanket seems to be two blankets stitched together. The old dwarf calls out to passers by, "Come see me wares. On da blue be good items, an on da red blanket be da better ones if ya kin 'ford em. May be willin ta trade if ya be havin somtin ma wants." Finishing the exclamation with a hearty drink and a tip of his bright red hat.

A slight framed but tall ginger haired human stops by to look at the wares, asking occasional questions about their function before stating. "My employer has asked me to keep an eye out on items he may have interest in, here is his calling card and the item in question."
He hands over a small card on the back of which he has indicated which item has caught his interest.

A dwarfen lass eyes the stand of the old dwarf.
"That's a shiny ring yeh have dere, kin. I really like it. What are yeh asking for it?"
She opens her backpack and offers some goods.
A nothern woman with a lute strapped on her back, passes by and after looking at the items on display she simply would offer a friendly "Hello" to the dwarf, asking for the prize of the ring of Eternal Life.
She would make it clear that she has the gold to back up her bid, or if the dwarf is looking for certain items, she might have one or two of them as well, as she would present herself as Niorae of the family trade emporium Yrojja.

The elf, looks at the dwarf, then Terri, then the Dwarf, then back to Terri again. Finally he speaks "She????"

looking at Terri with a whole-hearted smile. Then to the two customers waiting. "Dat lass der be speakin 'bout one o me clients. I be under a special request to find a bow of perticular craftmanship. An dat be sure ta get me attention fer sure, but don be lettin that dissuade o'er offers cause dat may not be what it be traded fer." He finishes his claim with a drink from a bottle of ale.
//Rings with +1 Regen were outlawed years ago—I had found one myself but had it removed from my Character by none other than Luna.
I would suggest that the seller, and eventual buyer, check in with current Head DMs on the legality of this item. And if it IS allowed to stay in-game, then I hope it shall be promised to the entire Playerbase that items such as this are now present in the RIG and totally legal to posses.

A young cleric with red hair took a look at the blankets. "Hmm, That's a nice ring for me as a cleric." She laughed "I have a similar ring but it is set for Druid. Do you need the Druid ring? We can exchange for the ring or I can offer some money to buy the ring."
