It's an SQL issue that we've identified, but have not yet corrected. I believe Zanniej is looking into it, but it's unclear where the problem is originating.
We're hoping to have it fixed soon!

After the forum crashed yesterday, the PHP-version has been updated (that's the code language on which the forum runs . . . not really interesting for you guys I guess), which should prevent this from happening.

I still got "This site can't be reached" when I post reply and PM. Some time it works but some time it won't.

It it using entirely PDOs instead of mysqli? I know everyone's in a rush for compliance as hosts are upgrading.
