Does it really work how the description says? Do you think is a useful feat for a meele oriented character?
How do you "mantain the combat focus"?

Combat Vigor
Combat Focus, BAB 9
While maintaining your Combat Focus, you gain +2 regeneration. If you've Combat Awareness, you gain +4 regeneration instead

You have to spend way too many feats to get to it. The combat focus line of feats are a neat idea but far too weak to be worthwhile

Yeah, in its current implementation a waste of feats.

Its going to automatically trigger every so many minutes, in combat.
This is in the queue for the next update.

How does that work regarding the other combat feats ?
Only when wounded ?
Can one still trigger it manually ?
How long is the cooldown ?
