RCR Wont Give XP

Hello again.
I'm having a problems getting xp back to rebuild my cha Mathayus Waynolt. The server went down as I was lvling up. This had happened before with another toon. I'm very sorry to bother any DM on this problem. I should HAVE save the cha first then start to level. Please help a sad player.

I believe we briefly spoke about this in game Zartanyon, I am sorry I could not give you back the exp in game - as you can imagine without a solid source (i.e. a screenshot) it makes it difficult to tell if a player is trying to pull a fast one on us or not.

The person you want to speak to is Maecius, he handles the backup files of players. Please be aware though that you only get ONE backup restore a year; that is why it is vital you screenshot EXP/Gold/items BEFORE RCR to avoid this happening again in the future.

Also please bare in mind that any recent gold/items/exp may be lost during the backup restore of your character - to avoid any conflict with the backup restore make sure you remove any toons with the same name currently in your vault via the death NPC in the nexus.

Also to make this easier for Maecius (who we all love dearly) could you please give us the following information:
