A chirpy lady clad in blue armor traipses by. She enters the FAI and looks for the merchant.

She can be found standing against the wall past the last house across from the Temple of Wisdom. As the young lady comes up she places her hand to her heart forearm resting across her chest while giving a small bow of her head.

"Greetings fair lady is there something you have an interest in?"

It read, "To the seller, I am interested in the belt. I would pay you 5 bags of gold for it. Contact Gerristan."
