as topic : is that feat aviable ? and if not there is any particular reason ? is basically a CL and DC ( this one is the more needed ) bump for warlocks invocations i think is not an unbalancing feat as the spell penetration line isn't for example

A kaedrin feat, so no. The only kaedrin feats available are those listed on the custom feats thread

The SR bug has been fixed on this server, as such warlocks benefit fully from spell penetration feats. As for asking for its implementation, its probably unlikely. Divine and Arcane spellcasters alike pay one feat per +1 CL currently, if its even available to the PRC. Getting an instant +4 CL for warlocks and +2 DC bonus on a pre-epic feat no less is a bit out there for balance comparisons. Use spell penetration or lots of charisma.
