Ombra's Poison System in Event or Chat Log...and in HiPS

Should I expect to be seeing any information regarding the DC fail/save for using poisons? At the moment, all I see when applying poisons is a line stating "using Ombra's Poison System," but nothing related to the individual poison itself (and no DC report).

Additionally, when in HiPS, using a Healing pack doesn't break Stealth, but using a Poison does. WTF? Maybe that should be considered a worthwhile change.

Had been recently inducted to Ombra for the first time while at the FAI, the character defended by an expulsion of a spell and had to flee. So both on the part of the character and the player, Ombra could use a bit more verbosity.

A long while ago I did some testing with sleep poisons on arrows(with fort DC's of 15'ish against bugbears, not a single bugbear took a nap ), and I honestly can't remember if the opposing saving throws showed or not in the combat log during the initial flurry(I thought they showed...?). The poison DC's are of course listed in the various poison descriptions, but, at best, all I remember was hearing a sound effect to let me know the poison had attempted to apply. This was well over 6 months ago, so my memory could be out to lunch. I'll test some more next time I get the chance.

As for the breaking of stealth when applying poisons to weapons, WTF indeed. That has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever encountered on this game, period. Using poisons while trying to get the drop on something/someone is a surefire way to get face-rolled as a sneak, whether it's in PvE, PvP, or events.

First test: I used a DC 25(Fort save) Wisdom damaging poison on a dagger, then attacked a Hill Giant Brute, no effect, and nothing showing up in the combat log.

However.... I neglected to examine my weapon after applying the poison, and after further testing with the poisons the merchant in Soubar sells, it turns out that the poisons aren't applying to weapons at all(at least the description isn't changing, it normally shows that a poison is applied).

I've recruited mrmentalist to be my pincushion to see if perhaps the poison is applied despite the lack of change in weapon description, but my guess is that the use of poisons(or the poison system itself) is not functioning.

** Edit ** -- Confirmed. While the "Using Ombras poison system" message appears in the combat log, currently poisons are not applying to weapons(I tried 3 different of the slashing/piercing variety).

Thanks Snarfman and M3nt, for testing. I burned through a ton of poisons trying to see some effect, and I'm happy to know it isn't my personal, returning Epic Fail dice rolls.
