Woah Lock, when did you become a Thread Necromancer?
Wirg to Pug: "Iz lat dun?"
Pugratix to a snarky militia man: "Mmmm. Not yet. I will live for hundreds of years and be heralded as one of the greatest forces of destruction on the face of the world. The only thing you can destroy is the outhouse."

Necro-threadTM

It has all the features of a normal thread... but it's an unholy abomination animated by Negative EnergyTM!

Thanks to our patented modification to the Raise DeadTM spell, you can now 'Raise Thread' and necromantically revive any thread you don't want dead!

Please note: You may face a lawsuitTM for publically saying any of these trademarked phrases: Necro, Thread, Trademark, Lawsuit, Raise, Dead, Negative, Energy, North, Snow, and Water.

...Wait, how oldTM was this thread?
It was a fun year (I think). Bye.

You used several of NecroThread's trademarked terms. I'll see you in court.

Same old storyline again. . . Well at least Disney knows nostalgia will earn money.

If you REALLY look at it without the exact details, everything is the same story (or really boring, or unfinished)

Conflict -> Conflict solved.

You know what I mean. 4 deathstars blown up already. 3 missions to lower the defenses. So now we get a 4th storyline about lowering it's defenses. Don't delve into arbitrary semantics to "prove" me "wrong" about my opinion.

Most true blue Star Wars fans, like me, are just thankful to be getting more movies. That they arent being directed, produced, and (horribly) written by Lucas is a bonus. Not only that, but the Disney folks are being respectful about the story and what they do with the canon, and ... last but not least, they've brought in super talented personel, and haven't taken a dump in the actors laps by writing them garbage scripts. Because, for me at least, there's more to a Star Wars movie than conflict => conflict solved(fearknight has a point, nothing is original anymore), or how many Death Stars are in it. I'm in it for the acting/performance, soundtrack, special effects, dialogue and writing, cinamatography, production, and the mysticism and fantasy of Star Wars. IMHO, Kathy Kennedy and Disney taking it over from Jar-Jar George was the best thing that ever happened for my favorite franchise.

Edit* - Also, the idea of seeing Donnie Yen(an original in his own right) in a Star Wars flick makes my inner child giddy like I'm 10 years old on Christmas morning. Never in a million years would Lucas have done that(instead he relegated his one and only true martial artist actors, Ray Park, and potentially one of the most promising characters in Darth Maul, to the bottomless pit of 15 minute screen time dismemberment. Booourns).

I actually was impressed with episode VII despite rehashing the storyline and the nonsensical bowcaster scene. However it was following Episodes 1-3 and directed by jj Abrams so it's not as if my expectations were that high.

I LOVED VII.

Probably helps that it's the first one I've seen in theater.

I went in with more hype than a... thing with a lot of hype.

AND I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED.

Oh, Han, no... I'll never forgive Kylo Ren. I hope Rey kills him.

What was the fourth Death Star?

Let's see...

Ep. IV: Death Star
Ep. VI: Death Star 2
Ep. VII: Starkiller Base

Do you mean the weird Federation thingy in I? I like to pretend that one doesn't exist.
