Detect magic has been a neat RP spell for a while with little mechanical benefit, but with the advent of some new spells the possibilities for this spell to be more mechanically useful are multiplying.
Spells like Alarm, Rorrick's Rune of Light, Scrying, etc, should be mechanically intereactive with detect magic. Is this a possibility?

Re: Detect Magic
Detect magic should not reveal a scrying sensor. There is already a spell for that: Detect Scrying

Re: Detect Magic
Fair enough, was just a thought, but what about alarm and rune of light triggers?
