The five rings symbolize the Olympic Games total five continents in the sporting community and friendly competition. World parts was Asia, Oceania, Europe and Africa and North and South America as one continent.
The colors - blue, yellow, black, green and red on white background - represents all the colors of the world national flag and should thus represent the whole world.
