I haven't had very pleasant experiences with the PnP variations, even once taking hold of an irritating party caster, using Rage to get out to sea as far as I could before I chucked the wizard further and we both drowned.

Yeah I've never played PnP myself, nor will I probably ever, but I thought it was still a good video. Relevant to people interested in playing on this server too.

@Lockonnow

PnP sessions last long as you want it to, just like nwn2 you can pick up where you left off at anytime.

The longest session ive experienced were 18hrs, but ive heard of longer taking place.
Most sessions were like 4-8hrs as I recall.
2-4 hrs being more likely a campaign introduction, shopping run and the like (unless a longer session got interrupted by sports, girlfriend xor beer urges).

The longest running campaign?
Well, me and some friends started out late in the 80s so there are most likely older campaigns still running.
However, we are currently looking at closer to 26 years for one game campaign (number of sessions per year dropped steeply when we the players reached adulthood but the toons are still out there ageing as we do.).
Dear gods, my wizard just turned 50. :shock:
