Remove Archmage Class Restrictions

And here are my two cents.
Archmage and Hierophant classes should be application only. These represent high-rank wizadry and clergy respectfully, and make everyone allowed to be Archmade is like everyone be able to be Duke or Baron. These should be rare.

But who decides and on what basis?

Let's face it, since the CL fix the number of non-gimp caster options without these classes is very low. With them it's just low.

Shad before the archmage was add i ask luna if we could get a class for the weavemaster order and i found the archmage by some ones help i think i cant remember it anymore maybe the post somewhere or not but it was change to all couse that the red wizard was change to application only that is why it is not, the order of thay has more lore then the application Archmage so there for
