What is improved shield bash ?

Seen it on the forum sale here:

I just bought it and equipt... but didn't even grant the feat. I fell for the 271k booby prize on this one, now need to get my money back hah!

Yes, it's not granting the feat or the benefits of the feat. Improved Shield Bash is supposed to negate the attack penalty for bashing with a shield.

I don't think it's released content. It was probably put on the item by mistake, and hasn't actually been set up to work in game yet.

I'll verify with Rasael, but I believe the only shield feats we currently have live are the ones listed here:

In the meantime, DMs can exchange the shield for a refund if anyone's unhappy with the rest of its stats/only bought it for the unfamiliar feat.

Thank god for this thread, was about to go down the shield bash route and buy this shield shortly.

But does shield bash itself work? Was told by a couple of people it was still not really working?

It works but not completely. You get one shield bash a round. If I recall correctly the description states its meant to increase in the number of attacks with your level, but it currently does not.
