I've asked about the following build before, but to no avail, maybe because the spell was too new. In the meantime, some of you caster wizards might have gathered new insights, so here goes again...
Do you think the spell is good enough to rely on it?

Battle Precognition - is anyone using it?

The spell works great; just remember it takes HD into account for counter-checks so you'll be looking at concentration DCs in the high 50s for level 30 PCs, assuming they fail the will save.

Thanks, Tsidkenu, good to know it works. I prioritized Concentration in the build I linked: does the feat Epic Skill Focus (Concentration) exist in BGTSCC?The spell works great; just remember it takes HD into account for counter-checks so you'll be looking at concentration DCs in the high 50s for level 30 PCs, assuming they fail the will save.
Another question is how likely it is that enemies (incl. bosses) fail the Will Save. How high does it need to be for the spell to be viable as the main defense of the build and how can it best be optimized?

Bosses have massive Will Saves. As well, some NPCs are higher than Level 30 (from what I've heard).
Though I totally like the idea you have going here, and I as well learned this spell on my mage, I suggest considering NOT making a 1-trick pony.
