Pretty bad. AB is bad, even with HiPS helping out. You don't need auto still spells because your Dex should be higher. Get expose if you want to land hits. But this thing shouldn't enter melee, it'll get destroyed or it will take a long time to kill things. If you're going to burn 8 caster levels to get hips and qualify for Daggerspell then go with 8 assassin levels. At least you'll get more damage that way. No point taking 5 SD levels of you aren't going for epic dodge (which you can't get). This build will get dispelled. Gish builds kinda suck now unless you're a divine gish, maybe the best arcane one would be S10/EK10/DS10 but that isn't a sneaker or a warlock gish.
