were you doing quests or something other than just grinding? saving your character breaks AC for all shifters and quests auto save every quest update, manually saving does it also

you need to deal with it, it was already talked about years ago and its a universal bug with PWs, it can be fixed by turning off the auto saves on quests but you risk losing everything should the server crash compared to having your progress saved and keeping the xp, gold and items you had at that last quest save

also with that being said, you should try reshifting after the update and check to see if the AC comes back, it should come back assuming it has the same changes that were made for druids to reapply their bonuses and if not then that would be something that could get fixed

2. When you rage into bear, you STAY in bear till out of combat. Meaning I am stuck in bear form polymorphed, unable to use my abilities, but I don't have the stat bonuses. This persists as long as I am in combat till I kill the last mob.
Problem is speratic and doesn't always happen. Sometimes it shows the revert animation and you don't actually revert or change back but still retain bonuses.

The trigger for this is getting stuck on the landscape or mobs. Fairly repeatable, actually.

Sometimes after the bear form bonuses are striped, it will reapply the base stats, but no gear bonuses or regen. So you're only half-way screwed until polymorph wears off.

3. Wiki, forum, and class description is inaccurate:

Wiki and forums say you get Brown bear at 5, got mine at 4 with extended rage.
Bear regen is not as stated on wiki or forums. Needs a bump to be accurate to wiki (regen significantly lacking considering you can't heal by any other means).
Slashing damage is not showing up. Is this bonus while transformed only? Is it added while not under effects of rage (should be since class can't cross class monk)?

The only inaccuracy is Brown Bear is indeed gained at level 4, instead of 5. To my knowledge, the wiki is not an officially updated source for server mechanics. The description linked above has reflected what's been in game since BW was added. (Speaking as someone who has rolled several bears.)

Further note (if anyone would like to edit the official description) : Weapon Mastery and Improved Crit Unarmed *do* also transfer.

Shapeshift bug I notice happens on my druid. You see the spell effect of shifting out of your form but stay in your form and all your stats drop including your ac. This appears to be random.

Any idea why this is?

its because you are doing quests and its saving your toon (or just manually saving) which breaks shapeshifting and cant be undone unless auto save is turned off

it fix the broken buffs you have to manually unshift and then shift back

I was in xvarts just chilling.. No idea what triggered it.

Sgiftingbback is easy for a druid, you loose a few buffs, but for a bear warrior, that's precious rage lost.

well if you werent doing quests and you werent saving then i couldnt tell you, the glitch you are talking about happens when the character is saved

possible it could have been really laggy and causing it if it was a somewhat constant issue

i read on the server updates, that saving was enabled for each item you obtain. Maybe that's it.
