It would be nice to remove "wheezes/coughs/etc" messages which characters start saying when they're defeated in PvP.
Also, it would be nice to have a way to toggle hostile without targeting character directly - either via chat command, or via some extra window. This feature could be used against invisible or hidden enemies, for example (right now there's no way to toggle hostile against them).
Speaking of which, I think there was an extra window for setting hostile, except it is now gone.

Make sure you spam click the sword too just to make sure it worked. Click it at least 27 times rapid fire.
