2h Dervish

Did anyone test this concept? I believe that Dervish is taken mostly by dual wielding characters, but I was thinking about rolling a 2h Dervish/Monk with Halberd (glaive appearance). That seems like an interesting concept for me.

Fighter 14/6 Monk/10 Dervish. Monk grants me IKD and Evasion, Tumble and good saves. I was wondering how does Dervish behave with this fighting style?

I saw a dervish with F 12/FB5/ dervish 10/something with evasion 3 and 2 hander, it worked perfectly fine.

Based on that I imagine your split will work fine as well, if you don't use an armor you might have to spread your stats a bit too thin though.

Dervish is a very good option for two handers. +3AC and some burst damage.

There are all kinds of builds:
F12/D10/WM5/WD3
F12/D10/FB5/WD3

The light armor requirement makes them efficient for hips builds with Shadowdancer.

I like the build you suggested with monk6. However, i thinh it would worth it more if you went for FB for more damage and try to "buy" knockdown feats.

Ah, theodore, werent you playing a dervish build in the past? If i remember she was with the Mirari group.

Yeah, that was a katana wielding f4/rogue/dervish mix, that died everywhere when alone.

She even took the opportunist feat.

rogue/wizard/Dervish7/AT worked well before dispel fix, CL21 doesnt quite cut it these days though.
