Best Combat Insight Build?

Best Combat Insight Build?
I'm curious as to what build brings the most damage. I have seen a couple note worthy builds using swashbuckler and weapon master in two weapon fighting and two handed variations. What is the best version? Is a sneak attack build better than the weapon master or taking assassin or assassin and weapon master?

How does Combat Insight work? Is it magical damage? Does that magical damage multiply on critical? If I am one handing a two handed weapon is the multiplier still X1.5? If I have 20 STR and 21 INT how does this apply to my attack?
