I'm really tired that my Imaskari is affected by this effect. Stumbling in the darkness although he has enhanced vision? What gives?
I guess it is not the only one that bugs out?

Imaskari only have low light vision, not darkvision. A spell of light, a torch, or any piece of equipment with a light property should fix this for you.

Re: Darkness in UD
Some parts of the UD are actually noticeably darker then others, even with drow or duergar darkvision.
Unfortunately some of those places are located around Varalla's passage.
Most of the underdark are far brighter.

With darkvision you just see further than with low light vision. Still darkness shouldn't affect Imaskari.Side wrote:Imaskari only have low light vision, not darkvision. A spell of light, a torch, or any piece of equipment with a light property should fix this for you.
Even Sshamath is a place where it may happen. It is very annoying.

Re: Darkness in UD
As I understand the difference, darkvision allows you to see in total darkness while low-light vision does not. In areas of total darkness low-light vision no different than a human's vision. All that lowlight vision does is increase the distance of vision in areas of low light, not areas of zero light, like the underdark. Perhaps my interpretation is incorrect.
