Charge and Reckless Offensive

The attack bonus from charge and the attack bonus from reckless offensive do not seem to stack but the armor penalties sure do. Also neither one seems to last "until the next round" like they are supposed to do. Even when reckless offensive resets your flurry timer, it only lasts for the first or second flurry at best. I've only been able to get the attack bonus for the third flurry on extremely rare occasions.

Probably on a 6 second timer. As soon as your char starts making dodge animations, that'll cause any bonus to dissipate before it can be used. OOBI has a similar problem with its application of Sharpshooting damage.
