Druegar and the last few around the table continue chatting until the one armed man finally retires. Druegar makes several friends including a human barbarian who share banter between themselfs.
For Druegar
The man gets up to leave, you notice Hazel and the others all slowly 'flock' towards him heading towards the stairs leading upto the rooms. The barbarian also leaves saying his farewells he buys you one final drink and gives you his name "Lord Shay" he told you he used to work for the city watch in BG, until he was kicked out by the captain but never told you why. He asked if the two of you could meet tomorrow before he departs.
Hazel can be seen approching the man, they stop and talk. On lookers may notice the man struggling to stand still, wobbling from side to side.
For Hazel
The man stares blankly at you mubbling – you fail to understand what the man is saying but do make out a few words "The curse" and "won't stop" the man then sways from side to side as you continue to talk to him, you assume this is the drink talking however as the man seems fine.
A tired barmaid tends to the remaining people at the tavern, approching Damien with a smile, a drained smile she nods to him and quickly heads over to the counter where Bently watches from a distance.
For Damien
The Barmaid makes polite convercation with you briefly chatting to you about her day, and the crazy one armed man. She tells you not to take what he says too seriously before taking a small bag of coins, she dashes off to gather your order.
The Barmaid returns placing his order on the table picking up empty glasses as she goes by. Damien then goes over to the old armed man, where Hazel is. Jarrol shortly joins, with Maura making her way over in the back as well. Jarrol waits for a few moments before asking the man his question
For Hazel, Jarrol and Damien
The man looks paniced as he looks from side to side, as if seeing something terrible "DON'T LET IT GET ME!" He screams out – his voice barely heard under the idle background chatter. Before you have any chance to react the man falls down in a slump, rolling down the steps into a deep coma.
Maura finally approches the one armed man walking up the steps, however – as she gets close the one armed man suddenly falls down rolling down the steps. Maura barely dodges him as the man remains seemingly "out cold" at the bottom of the steps. Her voice seems to trail off as she turns looking down at the now unconscious man.
The remaining people inside the Inn simply laugh as he falls down, to them – this is all normal, even Bently shakes his head at the man. Lucia quickly dashes over, having finished her drink seeing the man out cold on the floor. The five of you all seem to meet up on the stairs leading upto the rooms, Lucia at the bottom of the steps with the man.
For Lucia
The mans ring seems to be giving out a strange 'huming signal' that gives you a mild headache, the man has his fist closed tightly around the ring.
