A cleric focused upon turning?

So far this character has been fun (though I am only a few levels into him). One thing that I have tried is that circle 2 spell which is supposed to make any foe turnable, but I have not seen it actually work yet sadly, even when he has succeeded in the touch attack and then attempted several rebukes.

But I am loving the idea of a undead destroying fanatic (when possible) and actually seeing it in action has been brilliant. Also having a character with higher AC has been great too, especially since it seems that NWN2's RNG is backwards from NWN1, which seemed to love many high rolls whilst NWN2's loves low rolls (especially for PCs. NPCs seem to enjoy a decent number of high rolls though). I have been shocked by the several long episodes of a dozen swings or more which never rolled higher than a four...
