Faction state of the Underdark - DR1351

Pending proper information given from faction leaders and laymen.
I know it is incomplete, gnomish and imaskari endevours in particular.

Foreword:
To expand knowledge on the state of the factions I elected to make this thread to spread awareness of what should be public knowledge.
DMs, Faction leaders and laymen alike, please feel free to PM me with improved updates!
I will opt to alpabethical order.


Factions of the Underdark as of DR1351:


Active - Bregan D'Aerthe
The City of Dark Weaving Chapter of the infamous Menzoberranzan mercenary troop.
Known to provide esoteric transportation for the paying customer.
Extensive druidic practices noted on regular basis.
Accepts:??

Active - Coven of Darkness: (confirmed)
All kinds of rumour surround this faction, little is confirmed.
Claims has been made of them being responsible for slaying the thieves of Trillium who stole the idol from the Temple of Lolth in the City of Dark Weaving a few years past and returning it to proper owners.
Words are whispered of a failed deal with the kivvil Zhentarim, and of the Coven besting Qu'ellar Dev'lin in the field.
More recently a persistent rumour betells a castlelike structure hidden away in the Upperdark.

Active - House of Oreb'le'i: (confirmed)
A household centered on the faith of Eilistraee, trade and the art of swordmaking.
Entered the city of dark weaving in DR1346 and soon forged alliance with the Seventh Circle.
Accepts: Eilistraeean drow.

?? - House Devlin:
Lolthite refugees out of the Underdark who choose to build their own Artful freehold in the Underdark.
Very aggressive Lolthite stance.
Former fead with the Coven of Darkness, followed by a feud with House Zau'afin.

Active - House Zau'afin: (confirmed)
Breakaway Lolthite House who choose to build their own freehold in the Underdark.
Assimilated former House Xilaben through unknown means.
Aggressive Lolthite stance, experienced a feud with House Dev'lin.

Active - School of Evocation and Invocation (confirmed)
As the name implies.
The School is charged with scattering threats outside the city walls, so it maintains soldiers that patrol the surrounding tunnels.
Accepts: Generalists, Evokers, soldiers and it is the lone school to accept Warlocks.
Active players: 2

Active - School of Necromancy (confirmed)
The City of Dark Weavings wizardly shining jewel in recent years attracting adventurers of file and rank to further their and the Conclave causes.
Accepts: Drow necromancy specialists, drow non casters except monks, maybe half drow
Active players: 5

Active - Sevent Circle militant merchantile faction: (confirmed)
Formerly the Conclave choice pawns to assist the Charnag and the army in dealing with outside threats and possibilites.
Known for an extensive intelligence service.
Their successes ended up with a Conclave Seat for the faction after the Alhoon War, however with success a drying up of goverment contracts began.
As an organisation set up to cater to the highly skilled and talented, regardless of race, the current situation is a state of recruitment and tending to their trade routes and other economical affairs.
Since DR 1347 a quiet peaceful game of power have been going on between the higher echelon wizardry and the major financial power base of the Eilistraeean House of Oreb'le'i concerning what contracts to proceed with.
The nefariously inclined wizards holding the upper hand.
Accepts: Talented individuals of any race.
Active players: 3 and a largely aloof NPC.

Dormant? - House Sshamath (Qu'ellar Sshamath)/The Temple of Lolth(Arach-Tinilith):
Founding Lolthite House of the city, holds 2 Conclave Seats presently.
In DR 1347-8 after the Avatar of Lolths victory against the Alhoon the House assimilated the Temple of Lolth entirely including adopting priestessess from the other Houses at the time (HDM demanded action).
Since, in part responsible for the demise of the faction of the Baleful Maw before turning its attentions inwards. Though not before destroying a city Elistraeean congregation entire.
In recent years the Temple publically opened up to accept clergy from the recently arrived Houses without allowing adoption, what this action brought about is largely unknown.
Rumours would tell tales of dealing with Planar beings as of DR1350 with unknown consequences.

Dormant? - School of Mages
Academy of all things magicke run by the School Factions as a communal effort.
The disappearance of Master Eldebrym years past has left the School in fluxuating disarray.

Dormant? - Clan Shieldbreaker
The City of Dark Weaving dwarven clan of Shieldbreaker responsible for the Darkspire forges, auxiliary militia and intrepid adventurers.
Had close ties to and an Ambassador in the Seventh Circle, her current location unknown.

Disbanded - Baleful Maw
A foreign hellbent band of mercenaries who brought on themselves the ire of the Conclave and House Sshamath.
Some notable members chose to stay around the city joining the Coven of Darkness.

Disbanded - The Crooked Tower (confirmed)
The leadership fell out with the higher echelons of the Seventh Circle and the household are rumoured to have moved to Sigil entirely.

Disbanded? - House Xilaben
A Lolthite House of local origin? disbanded for unknown reasons after a string of tumultous years, remaining members assimilated by House Zau'afin.
