Because of a recurring problem with a former player who keeps showing up on the IRC after having been banned several times there (he seems to have a dynamic IP), I've had to ban an ip-range from a american city (or is it town?) of about 50000-60000 inhabitants, so I don't think it's likely to become a problem. But if you can't get on IRC because of a ban, please feel free to send me a PM and I'll fix it.
