New Paladin Kit Bug

I other issue I'm seeing with the paladin kits is that it isn't providing the correct level of spells when it should. Unless it works different than you would expect. If you have 1 paladin 7 divinate you wouldn't have 2nd level paladin spells when you should be considered overall as an 8 paladin I'd think.

I RCRed my paladin to check if the Divinate was working now (waiting for the server to reset to make the new char and waiting for another reset to start leveling him). The point at which I made this was when the char was 9 Pal / 1 AK, with 6 levels of Divinate.

At the beginning it seemed to be working. I checked several times the kit feature and the chat window indicated "Divinate 6". The problem came when I leveled him to 10 Pal / 1AK, with 7 levels of Divinate. At this point, the kit is supposed to grant Autoextend II, which it did not. Nevertheless, the chat window indicated "Divinate 7". I checked it with different duration spells, just in case, and controled the time they lasted, but definetly they were not extended.

My paladin does not have access to Smite Evil, as it is supposed to be. But, Aura of Courage is working (at least the feat appears in the char list and its icon next to the char portrait), which is not supposed to be the right thing, as the description of the kit says it should be eliminated.

Maybe these two issues with the kit are related?
