I don't usually optimize either, really. From what I can gather, however, some of the areas here require it to do well?

I will likely go for Ph 25/SD 5 or perhaps Ph19/F6/SD5 or Ph21/F4/SD5 (dependent upon another post I am about to make about feats, and how many I want to throw in).

without optimizing anything. i dont run into too many problems soloing. some just take a little more planning and use of consumables. of course i am not self induced nerfing the toons either. just make sure you have three things. have a way to kill. a way to mitigate damage and an "in case of emergency.. break glass" trick. it is also good to know your weakness. other than that. make something that is fun to play and RP is natural to you.

After some discussion, I don't think I will take Arterial Strike.

I will need a feat in place of that at level 15. I am considering Flensing Strike, both for RP and for hindering tougher opponents. I am also considering Second Impression for RPing disguise purposes.

I am not getting a lot of replies here, but I am hopeful that someone will chime in that has used Flensing and let me know if it is working as intended and if it is useful. If anyone else has any advice on the build in general, or a feat I may be missing, please help me.

One last bump and plea before I give up.

Can anyone chime in on this build? I moved Greater 2 Weapon to level 15 but have an empty spot at 18 that I could use some advice on filling. I realized I cant take Flensing Strike because I didnt take Weapon Focus earlier in the build the way I had originally intended.

For level 18:
Weapon Focus?
Second Impression?
Are there any feats that would create a nice synergy with two weapon fighting, unarmored, from stealth?

I'm not experienced with Rogue type builds, but I would go either for Luck of Heroes (always pretty good) or Skill Focus (Move Silently). I seem to remember an extremely expensive Ninja Cowl from the Auction House that has Stealthy, so maybe that feat should be replaced by Skill Focus (Hide) as well.
