Strong Evil Bard

I am trying to find or make a really strong evil bard for a friend of mine. Any ideas? Lvling here is hard, so I want to make it easy for their first time here.

1) Play fighter to level 9 and about 10 xp to level 10.
2) RCR into Bard since after is when you get the reduced xp.
3) Prosper.

Fair point, the build was made before the dispel fix, you can always drop one the luxury feats and take practiced spellcaster.

Bard 20 Palemaster 10 or Bard 8 Palemaster 10 Fighter 12 without any or much focus on spells.

Now is an EDM bard better than a STR bard? Seems a BRD CLER could be accomplished best as a BARD/Rogue for evasion. Maybe I am missing the point completely with the addition of divine shield.

Depends. For me usually it is not. I prefer STR Bards with evasion

I'm thinking the best route is Bard Cleric of Istisha. STR based rather than EDM based.

What is the RP basis for it? You want evil, so assuming RP is important. Do they have a character they want to play? Might be more meaningful if you shape the build around the concept.

Depends. For me usually it is not. I prefer STR Bards with evasion

EDM bards are better on servers with mithril armor because it saves you a feats cross classing with BG or cleric. 3 evels of a Silvanus Cleric gives you evasion and empowered healing through healing domain and water domain or Umberlee which gives you Chaos that grants slippery mind.
