All-Seeing eyes

I cast it....it does nothing. It does not give the +6 to spot or search. It literally doesnt do anything. :?

No response? All-seeing eye's still seems to not do anything on my Warlock.

I talked to Valefort about this anyways, and we came up with a few ideas. Hope it gets put in at some point, properly.
