The Future of the UD -- what happens now?

Put mining in the game, have precious metals that you can only find in the UD, and others on the surface. even for a little while, if it gets crazy, take it out.. how bad could it be?

It may get people down -- but for the wrong reasons, the only real way to get some life in the UD is by arranging events and RP either by 1) between players or 2) through DM events -- it may be worth putting in player requests and seeing if the DM team are willing to host any of them.
