Wait - Ki-step already got a conc.-check to succeed.
And all the new maps with heights make it much less useful.
It still is a nice feat
I would implement a str-check, so you cant step away while burdened.

Its far easier to fourm warrior than provide evidence, isn't it.
Ki-Step in general not working whilst overburdened, makes sense though. Same as swashbuckler abilities.
