The goal of the build is to maximise the DC of mocking challenge while having a competitive AC, a reasonable amount of DR, and self-healing. This is at the cost of saves and AB, gear and buffs will be provided to cover the shortfalls of saves, and this character's goal and synergy is to always be with at least 1 damage dealing character.
The original concept revolves around having a high DC to hold aggro through the class feature Mocking Challenge (DC 15 + 15 {1/2 Class} + 9 {Cha mod}). The Character will have a DC of 37 which is more than adequate for most encounters on the server.
The build is also able to apply status effects to opponents through the Taunt Skill, other challenges, and charging. The goal is to engage in combat by charging an opponent and hopefully knocking them down. Following up with a cycle of Mocking challenge, Taunt skill checks, and one other class challenge that fits the encounter.

This character doesn't solo since I only play him with the GF because couples characters (aww so adorbz I know) and I am not super worried about dealing damage. But my end AB is going to be 33/27 depending which means I can't hit the broad side of a dragon but that wasn't the goal of this.

My advice would be that if you want to be a tank using m@a dc abilities just stick with it... I order to get your AB to 40 or near there will require more than just pumping STR (unless you somehow pump STR up about 10 points for +5 AB). So long as you know you weaknesses you'll be fine and it's sounds like you know yours. Your feats are fine I suppose, but a lot of them rely on landing a hit...charge feats are nice since they give a bonus to attack (just remember they give negative to AC, which kinda defeats the purpose.) In any case you aren't missing a DC boosting feat, as M@A doesn't have anything like "spell casting prodigy" but a 40 DC is very respectable anyway so your challenges should work more often than not.

As an aside, are there any items that increase carrying capacity that are not strength items? I get why Bags of Holding were dropped but I am trying to find a way to not be encumbered while looting in a FP lol.
Also am I missing any AC feats besides Dodge and Moblity?

How I feel trying to keep the challenge DC high, and trying to be as tanky as possible.

There are no such items beyond lightweight armors and shields. (Mostly as random drops)
You would be better served with more STR than such a high CON.

Epic DR feats are almost certainly better than Epic Regeneration. Epic regeneration will "prevent" 2 damage PER ROUND. Epic DR will prevent 3 damages PER HIT. If you think you are going to be hit at least once per round, Epic DR will be more effective at absorbing damage than Epic Regeneration.

Re: Build Advice: Man at Arms - Mocking Challenge Focus
I am coming up on my level 12 feat and I have no real idea what to do. I did think I might go the knockdown/improved knockdown route but I feel like with my low strength they won't add anything. Ability Focus M@A challenges would be nice but they aren't available =/
Any thoughts because I am really enjoying this so far and I really don't want three useless feats.

shield bash? a bit of extra damage wouldn't be bad to have... Could go for the shield line of Bash, Charge, and Slam with your open feats...
