While forum time is correct for EST (currently 2:04 PM), posts show up as EDT, so ate an hour off (this post shows as 3:04 PM)

You can find them under "Board Preferences". Perhaps I could put it on something else by default? I'm not sure I could change them for everybody, but I'm not sure everybody wants that either.
