Consider Divine Champion class. You can get a maximun of 4 bonus feats to pick Great Wisdom series in epic levels. This will let you aquire both Blazing and Perfect 2Wep much easier, and no worry about xp penanty. 18Dex and 18Wis at the start is enough in this case. You can also mix it with Anointed Knight or Warrior of Darkness. Ie: 14Monk/10AK/6DC. Also 4 bonus feats to pick Great ability series and AK will give you some more damage
