Bigby 6 Summons Bigby 5 Hand

So I was playing around with Bigbys 6 for fun and realized that it knockdowns on cast.... then summons an interposing hand that properly applies the -10 AB debuff but does not knock down. The summon is even called Interposing Hand! As opposed to forceful. Might be why people are finding them useless. Forceful ones used to properly summoned but no more.
