Sneaky Drow build

Hi all,
I was thinking of a Drow build based on intelligence. Can someone please tell me whether or not the epic rogue feat Epic Precision allows Combat Insight and Insightful Strike to apply to crit immunes?

I'm thinking of something like a Rogue10/Swashbuckler7/Shadow Dancer3/Duelist10. I'm going to try to use a shortsword and dagger ... do Duelist abilities still activate if I'm using two weapons? It only mentions a shield and armour being not allowed.

Anyway, is this build decent? Or does anyone have any experience with this type of build that would help me improve? I usually play/build heavily armoured fighters, so this build is a bit out of my comfort zone.

I am not sure if I understand your initial question but here goes:
Epic precision will not allow you to do crits on critical immune regardless of if your base attribute for damage is str, int or wis.
What it does is allow half of your sneak dice damage to apply.

Most duelist capabilities and feats still work if you dual wield, if I do not remember wrong there is one class feat that should not trigger if you dual wield.

As for only going 5d6 SA with the build it kind of removes the point of adding the epic precision feat to the build.
Your main damage contributer will be INT, thus Id go the assassin route instead myself knowing no more of your actual concept.

Id recommend PMing Valefort or myself if you do not want to go public on your plans within the actual build.
We both have experience running with light to no armor in the epics.
Personally I am resolved to make most builds work without armor if I can.
Why hide away simmering in rust and sweat, when you can go free, loose and awesome?

Thanks for the reply ... I'll PM you a build when I make it - it's more of a concept for now, an intelligent, information gatherer type.

My initial question was concerning intelligence damage. Maybe I'll phrase it another way - Does insightful strike and combat insight work on crit and sneak immune creatures? And if they don't, does Epic Precision allow them to work?

If those feats work on crit/sneak immunes, then yeah, I'll probably do away with Rogue and grab assassin.

Epic precision allows for half the damage from insightful strike to be dealt on crit immunes, combat insight damage is always applied. Duelist AC will remain even if you dual wield but the precise strike damage won't, your build won't be super powerful but it should work !

Hmm, so I'd be better off using one weapon to get bonuses from Duelist and save 2-W fighting feats for something else you think?

Also, can intelligence to AC stack? e.g. can I get intelligence AC benefits from Duelist and Invisible Blade?

No it doesn't stack and as for dual wielding or not it's not super clear but you'll likely do a bit more damage if you dual wield. It's honestly simpler to test it in JEGS module and see which one makes the most damage than calculating precisely, but I'm pretty sure it would be close enough that it becomes an RP choice so pick whatever you have in mind for the character !
