Build me a warlock GISH who can teleport around.

uh i mean if that's the case you can just be any kind of warlock with a 3 rouge dip for skills so you have UMD. . . Then just use teleport scrolls :/

Unless you mean specifically teleport around like blink dogs :o

What is that spell Tiani uses? it's like a Warlock DD.

God... I can only imagine a ki-stepping monk and a warlock with this battling it out. Would be like a dragon ball Z prime time event.

Warlocks have UMD as class skills. They also get bonus to UMD via Deceive ITem feat which they get at level 4. Add high charisma to that, and you'll be able to fire most scrolls way before level 20.

Basically, any build with maxed UMD, 4 levels of warlock class, Dimension Door wand or loads of teleport/dimension door scrolls.

For otherwordly leap you'll need 16 levels of warlock, and those can be caster levels gained via PRCs.
