RE: Lost Chest Piece during appearence Change

I was changing the appearance of my chest-piece, a standard tunic with magical properties. We decided to go to the Haunted House. I didn't even notice until we were in the Cloakwood that my chest piece was gone because the imagery I left it on was the plain shirt. I don't know what a good solution is, Can you Roll Back my character ? I'm lvl 30 and haven't played a whole lot this week. Or is there another solution? Any help would be appreciated.

We don't typically offer rollbacks for item loss anymore, per this post: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=54301

It'd require a catastrophic loss for us to consider it.

That being said, it's advised you take a screenshot of your prized items, so that if you lose them you at least have proof of previous ownership. Either Endelyon or myself can also look back into your previously saved vault states to ensure that you owned it previously. We typically only do this for greatly valued items though, because it takes about 20-30 minutes of our time to do it for just one item, so it's not something we try to do often.

Thanks for the reply Manlius. In my efforts to replace the list item, I have found a superior one instead. No action is required.
