Re: "Temple of the Great Blizzard" RP (Temple of Auril)
That day she stood at the top, and witnessed wild, wicked beauty of the chilling waves of snowflakes, set in motion by the Frostmaiden. Now, In this light, and with the things unfolding, the haunting scenery recieved special, sacred meaning.
She closed eyes, and concentrated on the mesmerizing ambience of this place. She, faithful of one Fury, stood in sacred place of another. She felt the power, connection, blessings of things done and said here this day.
Storms raged over her mind at that moment and she exhaled whisper which was dampened, intercepted and muted partially by the sound of the blizzard: "...And the storms set in motion. Sons of worthy, faithful kin.... Loyal and fearful... And the nature.... Things primordial should.... and may.... unfold...."
After she went down, and after passed the foothold area, on her way she killed tribe of Giants, including their chief with her own army of her pawn elementals.
Then she stopped for rest not far from Nashkel. She had long way to the shore, and then she will be back at Roaringshore... Soon enough...
She again recalled things unveiled at the top. Each moment of that experience.
"That Temple is really well maintained. They do their service well. This all looks very promising..." - she noted to herself.
She remebered her dreams about her own Coven. Underwater hideout temple... Secure it with sharks. Serve rites there. Feast, celebrate.... Invite allies, and serve the mighty Fury - The Bitch Queen. As she can come to the Cloud Peak top, to visit them, and to pray to another Fury - The Frostmaiden.
"The drums should be loud soon. Planks should cover the water surface, and blizards should emerge."
"By their Might, things will be done in the right way.."
She transmitted to her flickle spirits to pass her gratitude to the high Shaman himself.
"He is wielding his Might well. He will hear. "

Re: "Temple of the Great Blizzard" RP (Temple of Auril)
Something new today was heard in chilling, menacing ambience of the temple consisting of whispers, wind sound, and crystals humming. Someone invisible approached Lady Cold Circle Alva Sigurdsdottir, cast prayer to the Auril's might, to Everlasting Cold, to chilling Touch of the Lady Frostkiss, and then respectfully asked for her attention, someone whom she requested to remove his magic cover.
As he done what Lady Cold Circle requested, the man appeared - hulking, tall one. He was one of Northmen folk - but unusual one. He was albino. With whitest skin, and whitest, snow-white long hair, and untrimmed beard. He spoke with Northmen accent, and his voice was calm but wielded wild power. Despite that he was looking like hunter - clad in bleached, leather patch clothes, and with huge, thick white-fur coat, menacing purple, green and blue lights were flickering in his eyes , betraying his warlock powers.
He said calmly:
"In the name of Eternal Winter, respectful maid who wield the Maiden's will, please tell me to whom this hunter could speak. I am Herhund. Of clan Friggir. I wield message and news, bit dire though, that the last, not populous, but very strong, maintaining ancient traiditons clan, clan that for generations was caring of proper faith to Our Maiden Auril, faithful clan Friggir, was almost rooted out by the Ffolk paladins and filthy turncoats at Norland.
We were few, but feared, and not easilly found. We never accepted the Ffolk rule, their filthy faith, and murdered armies of their paladins, tho the last. I am one of the last ones. I came here to serve our Godess, and to cast revenge on anyone who wield same values as ones who tried to root our clan. I want offer my loyality and skills to the Temple's interests. With whom I may speak to have such offer accepted?"
After he recieved the name, he thankfully bowed, and calmly saying :
"May the snow will cover the lands around. I will search for Him. My gratitude."
he again dissapeared from the sight of others, and then the sound of the Temple's gate witnessed his departure.

Re: "Temple of the Great Blizzard" RP
Eliasis 27, 1353. Night, Hour 1.
One hallow 'eve, in Amn, a figure steps into Nashkel. He steps forward to one of the rangers there, whispering shadowed inquiries to the man. After spending a good amount of time with the man, and finally giving the man what appears to be orange-red glowing flasks, he makes his way through the Southern Gate and into the Cloudpeak Mountains. From there his trail seems to vanish, though there are sightings of giants fighting what appears to be nothing less than a living storm. Many giants were felled during that time in the 'eve, the giants choosing to attack being struck by lightning, their flesh sizzled and melted by acid rain, their blood frozen solid by ice.
Some time later, a dark figure steps into the Temple of Auril. Without even looking about first, he steps over to one of the coldfire shrines. He whispers sweet words of prayer, then takes out a diamond, pressing it into the coldfire and watching it slowly as if reveling in the moment. Suddenly, footsteps are heard and he glances behind slowly.
"Kaine. . ."
The dark figure pushes his hood back, and regards the new figure before him. The new figure, masked and garbed in specially crafted blue and white robes, regards him. The dark figure's lips crack softly into a little smile.
"Aeb'el. . .my dear brother. The prodigal son returns, it seems."
Aeb'el, the Cold Circle of the Temple of the Great Blizzard, takes off his mask slightly, then rips it off. He approaches Kaine slowly, a cold gaze in his eyes.
"Brother. . .it -is- you."
The priest then opens his arms, wrapping the dark figure now known as Kaine in a tight embrace. Kaine opens his mouth, then closes it, a tear rolling down his cheeks.
"Brother. I am back. . .oh, by the Frostmaiden have I missed you, brother of mine."
The two share the brotherly embrace for a few moments, before both pull back nearly at the same time.
"Kaine. Where have you been? How have your adventurers been? The last thing you said to me was that the Frost Maiden desired you search for your true path. Then. . .not a letter. Not a raven. Not even a magical message. What happened?"
Kaine smiles softly to Aeb'el, his head tilted.
"I spent a lot of time, down South. I was in Calimshan, dear brother. While the deserts are hot, the nights are cool. Much of our Lady's teachings can be revealed in such a place."
Aeb'el regards Kaine.
"The desert, brother? Weren't you afraid of. . .well. . .melting? Or did your arcane ways keep you safe?"
Kaine laughs softly, a sound filled with excitement and mirth, and gives Aeb'el a little nod.
"I was afraid. . .and I was hot for so long. So hot, I grew delirious. So hot, I could lick my own skin for sustenance. And yet, after so many of Selune's cycles there, I finally found what I was looking for. One night, when I was most desperate, I prayed to Auril and gave her a tremendous offering. And I heard her voice. She told me to go, to go as far south as south goes."
Aeb'el nods, listening to Kaine's story intently.
"I travelled far, listening to the whispers of the desert night and hiding from the heat in caves during the day. Eventually, I came across what I was looking for. A massive tower in the heat of the desert, one my Lady was leading me to. It was like a grand lighthouse. . .majestic, beautiful, and powerful."
Aeb'el cants his head, and slowly a creeping grin stretches over his face as he puts the piece together. Kaine notes this look, and gives a small smile to his brother.
"The Tower of Fury. Yes. I was taught there by a wife and a husband, both ordained priests of our Lady. They retrained me. . .they taught me how to breath, how to eat, and how to survive in the desert. Then they taught me other things. They taught me of the Lady, they taught me of her, and they taught me well. Eventually. . .they even taught me a proper form of magic."
Aeb'el looks surprised.
"They taught you. . .you mean you. . .what about your spellbook. Don't you still have it?"
Kaine shakes his head, and smiles softly.
"In order to teach me, they stripped me of all my weapons and armor, and my spellbook too. In their words, that arcane crutch was going to hinder my true path. They froze my spellbook and places it on a wall in the Tower of Fury. Perhaps as a statement that the Lady's teachings can surpass even such power. And it is true. I feel stronger, I feel more able. And once I was ready, they sent me back here. To you, brother. They desire we serve together once more."
Aeb'el wipes back his eyes and quickly dons his mask once more, reaching over and pulling Kaine's hood up over his head for him.
"Indeed, brother. I felt it on you. You have the look, the walk. Your entire attitude has changed. I remember you were such a quiet, reserved little one."
Kaine raises a brow at Aeb'el.
"Little? I was never little. I recall I was the taller one."
Aeb'el barks out a laugh, his shoulders shaking with amusement.
"That is true. But, I was the more handsome one."
Kaine gives a small chuckle, and tilts his head.
"It appears I was not fully grown back them. I believe, at the very least, we are both just as handsome now."
Kaine wiggles his hips, for emphasis. Aeb'el just stares at his brother, before a light snickering is heard under his mask.
"Kaine. . .I had no idea our fellow priests could be such a bad influence on you."
Kaine grins softly under that hood.
"Oh, don't blame our brothers and sisters of faith. I was always a little more outgoing. . .but, enough of that. Tell me of you! Tell of what you have been doing these years."
Aeb'el sighs softly, and gives a small chuckle.
"I have been dealing with foolishness, holy men and women, and adventurers. They have sought to despoil our holy ground many times. Not only this, but they challenge me where I go. I must walk with an entorage, for my own safety must be protected."
Kaine gives a small nod, a look of worry flashing over his face.
"Indeed, brother. I must keep an eye on you if that is the case. I will not see you die, no. Not ever. And especially not just after I have you back."
"I am doing my best, brother. But, these people are relentless. You must be vigilant as well. I have heard you have been publicly looking for me. They may come after you, if anything to get to me."
Kaine frowns.
"They would not do such a thing. But, I will remain vigilant just in case. I will not have them harm either of us, or our family in this temple. We will deal with them. We must deal with them. Can they be reasoned with?"
Aeb'el gives a slight crook of his head.
"You were always a little more merciful. Some things do not change. . .yes. I believe most of them -can- be spoken to. But, whether their hatred and convication will allow it. That is another matter. But. . .if you must, you can try. But you must stay safe! This temple will not lose any priests, and especially not you. You are far too important."
Kaine's face turns bright purple at that.
"Overprotective much? Some things do not change. . .yes. I will be careful brother. I swear that. I won't leave this temple, or you, without me."
Kaine tilts his head.
"I think I should probably officially announce my presence back. Do you desire to do it, perhaps? Among us?"
Aeb'el chuckles softly.
"You and your theatrics. Yes, I will be happy to announce your return brother. Did the Tower of Fury bestow any titles upon you?"
Kaine gives a slight nod.
"Aye, they did. They felt it would be right for us both to carry the title of Cold Circle. But, they said that the judgement should be left to you and the ladies, as this is your collective temple."
Aeb'el smiles softly.
"I am happy to hear they hold us in high regard. And, I have not forgotten the title I once bestowed upon you, by the way. No. . .it is not merely a title. It is a statement of truth."
Aeb'el extends his hand, and Kaine takes it warmly, grasping it in his hand.
"Welcome back, my brother. Kaine, First Child of the Frost Maiden."
Kaine smiles softly.
"And now, my dear brother. . .we have work to do."
Kaine and Aeb'el then head off into the temple, whispering softly together.
