Dead Eye Shot
Dead Eye Shot doesn't seem to work at all, no matter what I try It doesn't seem to do anything. I cant tell if it even works or not because from the description it seems like a feat that you need to activate but I cant actually target any creature with it. Also I cant tell if its lowering AC in groups or alone. And I am not sure how to test it to confirm my suspicions because its supposed to lower a mobs dex AC when attacking it.

Re: Dead Eye Shot
It only works in conjunction with party members attacking in melee. Its a mode you turn on and leave on (like power attack or Rapid Shot), and once activated your character will only begin to loose shots when your opponents are struck in melee by an ally.
It is useless when you are solo

Yeah what I am saying is that it doesn't show up with a mode like power attack or rapid shot etc. And as far as I can tell it doesn't work in parties.

I only tried it once, ages ago, with my OOBI halfling. I gave up on the feat when I realised how useless it was. Fortunately it was granted for free so I didn't lose a feat by picking it, or XP by having to rebuild.

Re: Dead Eye Shot
i havent really used it either. most times my dps is preferred over any kind of secondary effect i can provide, but i may test it a bit on some of the high DR mobs that my DPS is less effective toward.

Re: Dead Eye Shot
If an opponent has a very high AC, and your party only hits him when rolling 20s, then turning this mode on will allow you to hit more often. Its a very limited scenario, since enemy AC rarely surpasses a buffed parties AB enough to matter.
