That link you gave actually says that Supernal was found first in 4th Edition. We don't use 4th Edition, we use the 3.5 edition on server. Supernal doesn't exist for us. Celestial takes its place.

No, if the DMs say that this is a 3.5ed world and 4ed changes don't exist, then they don't exist.

I noticed that regional language options have been greatly expanded since I started playing here. Could "Easting" or even "Procampan" be added as available choices?

I've been playing a character from Procampur for years on this server. I find it a very interesting region, and important to the Oghma faith.
