Can anyone please clarify how theese work together?
If I activate NH mode, and then cast haste, will NH remove attack or the extra attack from haste remains unaffected?

Re: Haste and Northmen Hewing
I haven't tested this specifically, but if it works like Sembian Fencing and Athkatlan Triparite then extra attacks are not impacted. i.e. your # of attacks is calculated when NH is activated, if you then get hasted you get an extra attack. I can't say for certain, but this is how the other activated modes work so NH in theory should work the same.

The number of attacks described in the feat is the number of attacks corresponding to your BAB with a single weapon so 6 attacks if BAB of 26+, 5 if 21+, 4 if 16+, etc.

Re: Haste and Northmen Hewing
Long story short is you have 6 attacks a round normally and turn on Northlander hewing you go down to 3 attacks plus the 1 from haste for a total of 4.
