I second the converting of old inactive Guild areas to dungeons. It will keep each guild on their toes. And if activity can't be upheld make use of the space. To many areas are empty here... Such a waste.

Rules in my opinion would be: Permanent dungeons that can't be retaken. Saves us al the fuzz. Guild Leaders of each guilds are notified atleast a month forehand on that this process is in motion and get the opertunity to prove that they are "active". If they can't. Let's use the areas for something where everyone can participate and use the space! :)

As an old builder of the Toolset in nwn 2: I'll even gladely help in converting the "guild halls" into more..."rural/ruin like" areas with spawns scripts! ^^

Only thing I would add, is the IC managed by dm - capture time. For example if the guild would hold the hall for like 3 days, without being taken by other players(for example different group raids the hall, they got beaten and cannot capture it till next time, up to 3 times) then they would be able to hold it, get some guards, fortify etc. Don't forget bout pvp!

It's not deserted, and technically is depending on your view since Drow are monsters.
