Skillfocus: Disguise not working

Just tested it with a new character. The +3 are not granted.

I made a fresh new character with:

Level 1, Rogue with 16 Cha, Natural Disguiser and Focus: Disguise

Result:
Disguise Skill: 9
Disguise DC: 21

That most likely means 10 + Disguise Skill = DC and Natural Disguiser is not added to the skill itself.

However theres still something wrong. The skill should be:

4 (Level 1) + 3 (Charisma) + 3 (Focus: Disguise) = 10

But its 9.

I just tried the exact same thing but I get 10 as it's supposed to be

Regarding natural disguiser it is not added to the skill score but is taken into account during the checks.
